The weather has been wild recently but I wanted a pick-me-up so off we went in search of a swimmer’s buzz. The post-swim feel-good factor means a dip is always worth the effort. Being in, on, or around blue spaces is vital to my wellbeing and mental health, and the more fun I can have along the way, the better! There's always something new to see or do and in challenging conditions I end up discovering a new dipping spot.
