The third day of the Monsoon Session of Parliament is expected to be stormy, given how the Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) and Opposition parties are sharpening attacks on each other over Manipur violence. The session commenced on July 20 amid outrage over a viral video of two women from Manipur who were paraded naked by a mob. The Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha were on Friday adjourned amid an uproar over the Manipur issue. The Monsoon Session commenced two days after 26 opposition parties formed an alliance ahead of the general elections next year and termed it 'I.N.D.I.A' or the Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance. As many as 32 major bills will be tabled before Parliament during the Monsoon Session, which will conclude on August 11
