SpaceX will use the Raptor Engine to go to Mars one day. Potentially flying up to 1000 times, the Raptor Engine creates more thrust with less fuel. Furthermore, using methane as fuel takes advantage of abundant resources on Earth and its ability to be produced on Mars.
