Is this video sad or is it triumphant? I don't know and I don't want to think about it.

Am I the only one who can barely stand watching the Heat? But not because of the usual reasons why I can’t stand the Heat, like their football-snap opening or their dumb video-bombing. Or Dwyane Wade.
But because I know, one day, I’ll be watching as Oden skies for a rebound and comes crashing down in a heap, holding his mangled leg in his hands as he wails in agony. His cries will be all the more poignant as they contain the realization that he will never play again, not after this, and we, as fans, will realize this as well and join in the commentator’s mournful silence.
I definitely don’t want to see something like that. It’s better to just turn on a nice safe Bobcats game where no one one the court is at a heightened risk for career-ending cartilage catastrophes. Also I don’t have to watch Wade complain endlessly about fouls. It’s a win-win.
