Instructional international IFR flight in Europe from LHPP (Pecs, Hungary) to LOWG (Graz, Austria) with an ILS approach to runway 35C at Graz in IMC. The departure airport is uncontrolled but has an AFIS and allows for IFR departures. The destination airport is controlled. This was the trainee's first IFR cross-country flight after extensive training in a certified simulator and real aircraft. All the instrument procedures utilized are explained in detail.
