Phase two of the Oasis In-Lieu Recharge Project expands the irrigation distribution system to provide canal water to CVWD customers who are currently using groundwater to irrigate. Once complete, the expanded system will reduce demand on the aquifer. Construction includes 17.5 miles of pipeline, 4 reservoirs, 2 pump stations, 2 booster stations, and 42 customer delivery points.
