Men marching down street; still wearing civilian clothing; a few women walk alongside their husbands or boyfriends or relatives. One woman walks along carrying a baby; holding the baby's arm and waving it. The people look fairly happy. Shot of the men waiting in lines; each is given a paper (with his orders?) and walks off with it. Departure.
