EAGLE MOUNTAIN, Utah (KUTV) — Tuesday marked one year since two young boys from Eagle Mountain, Hunter Jackson and Odin Ratliff, were struck and killed by a suspected impaired driver.
On the grim milestone, the boys’ families and friends held a special memorial at the stables they loved.
“The Ratliff's and us, we were friends before and and now we're just permanently connected”, said Brooke Jackson, Hunter’s mom.
The location where tragedy struck one year ago, now serves as a place for grieving and healing for moms Brooke and Theresa Ratliff, Odin's mom.
