Hi everyone, here is a very easy and tasty Ghanaian palmnut soup (abenkwan) with assorted meat and cocoyam fufu! Beginners friendly!. Thanks for watching!
Ingredients:
Assorted meat: cow tripes (shaki),beef brisket,salted pig feet
1/2 diced medium onion
1 tbsp fry rosemary
1 tbsp aniseed
1/2 med size onion
7 garlic cloves
2 large pieces of ginger
1cup water
1tbsp beef and steak seasoning
1 packet all purpose seasoning
1/2tbsp maggi seasoning powder
1 can palmnut soup base (780gr)
2litres water or more
4 small tomatoes
2 Garden eggs
2 med size onions
2 or more scotch bonnet
Salt to taste
