Monday, May 22, 2017 was an incredible evening dedicated to celebrating the Museum of Science as The Portal to Stem Education. We were honored to welcome guests including educators, STEM role models, and Museum supporters to discuss the future of our Blue Wing with Museum leaders including Museum President Ioannis Miaoulis; Vice President of Exhibit Development and Conservation, Christine Reich; Vice President of Education and Enrichment Programs, Annette Sawyer; and Vice President, EiE Operations. Our Blue Wing was abuzz with activity as our education staff demonstrated some of the many ways the Museum has invested in getting students excited about science, technology, engineering, and math!
Special thanks to Dr. Roni Ellington for her memorable and engaging presentation, The Future of STEM Education, and to all of the educators, STEM role models, and Museum supporters who joined us for an inspirational evening.
