A spectacular show and a feast of delicious geese and new wine welcomed everyone who showed up at the Buda Castle on November 11th, St. Martin's Day. The neighbourhood around the Castle District's Matthias Church was the scene of an exciting flashmob, with a focus on the legend of St. Martin. The traditions of St. Martin's Day are mainly centered around dishes made of goose in Hungary, so gastronomy was one of the highlights of this event. 20 of the country's most well-known chefs attended the event, offering their own goose-based delicacies and new wine to the visitors. :) #hellohungary
