Donuts recipe…..
Ingredients:-
Luke warm water 175 ml
Sugar 50 gm
Yeast 5 gm
Milk powder 30 gm
Egg yolk 2
Bread flour 350 gm( high protein flour)
Salt 1/2 tsp
Unsalted butter 50
For eggless use 60 gm smooth mashed potato instead of egg yolk..
