Mumbai Court has rejected Pratyusha Banerjee's boyfriend Rahul Raj's anticipatory bail plea. Pratyusha's lawyer opposed the plea in the court claiming that it could be a case of murder. Rahul Raj's second lawyer moved the bail petition after an abetment to suicide was lodged against Pratyusha's boyfriend.Meanwhile Rahul Raj's doctor claims that he still has suicidal tendencies and cannot be discharged from the hospital.
