✍   Radio presenter has posted a heartbreaking tribute on Instagram to his late friend Joe Lyons.   The Capital Breakfast show host, 27, announced the death of his close friend and colleague Joe in an emotional speech on his show this morning.  Joe had passed away on Tuesday last week before Roman learned of his death on Wednesday and took a break from presenting duties for the rest of the week.  Roman returned to work today and decided to open up about the loss that he and his Capital colleagues have felt over losing Joe.  Now Roman has taken to Instagram to post a flurry of nostalgic photos of him with Joe, including holiday snaps and work hijinks caught on camera.  The popular radio DJ captioned the post with a lengthy tribute to his late friend.  Roman penned: "You will always be my brother, my best mate and my partner.
