The L Cams document white-tailed deer during rut (late October through early December). Farmer Derek leaves the cams on year round, allowing us to view wildlife on the farm in Kansas.
Video is a compliation of does, fawns, bucks, and other wildlife visiting the feeder area. Video opens with a doe and fawn at the feeder. Throughout the video are does with one, two, or three fawns in daylight view at the feeder. Several summer bucks visit the feeder, and one has been named Buckley. Raccoons feed at the feeder with the deer. One raccoon (has injured foot/leg) is at the feeder when a coyote passes by. A raccoon Mom and her three kits eat at the feeder, and one climbs the chute, sliding back down. Marilyn (moderator) posted in chat that the soybean harvest will be on or about October 3rd. After the harvest, the field will be more open for viewing. Viewers can move the cam to see the activity. Time stamps below, if interested. Click on time stamps to advance to that part of the video.
