In tonight's tropical weather bulletin, we discuss Tropical Storm Elsa, which continues to pass through the Caribbean, affecting Jamaica and Cuba, while watches and warnings have already been placed across Florida along with a state of emergency. Also active is Tropical Storm 07W, which is likely to make landfall in China later this week.
Invest 97W is also something to be watched in the South China Sea, and will be travelling westward towards the Hainan Peninsula and Vietnam as the week progresses.
