Businesses Worried About CDC Rules in Ports. While you can fly anywhere in the world, get off a plane, go anywhere and do anything. then fly back home with no questions asked. The CDC has said in Alaska you can't step off a cruise ship and buy a crab cake on the dock. Can you please explain this one to me.
