Panakam:
1 cup of crushed jaggery
4 cups of water
1 tablespoon of cardamom powder

Juice of 2 lemons
A very very small piece of edible camphor
Cucumber lentil salad:
1 big cucumber chopped
1/4th cup of mong dal soaked for 4 hrs
1/4 th cup of grated coconut
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Few curry leaves
Hand full of chopped corriander leaves
A pinch of asafotida powder
Salt to taste
Buttermilk:
1/2 cup of yogurt / curd
3 cups of water
Mince
a. 2 green chillis
b. 2 inch ginger piece peeled
c. A handful of corriander leaves
A pinch of asafotida powder
Salt to taste
Vermicelli payasam:
4 cups of milk
1 cup of vermicelli
1 cup of sugar
A teaspoon of cardamom powder
A very very small piece of edible camphor
4 tablespoons of ghee
10 cashews roasted in ghee
10 raisins roasted in ghee
