In this video, I cover, what I feel, are three essential things needed to operate your AIRBNB in another country. These are tips from what I've learned so far.

1. Hire an administrator. This person will manage your property and all the things that are needed to make sure it's always ready for your guest. They will also troubleshoot any issues and manage staff.
2. Hire a maid. This person should be your employee and have a set process for maintaining a high-quality standard for your apartment, condo, or villa.

3. Invest in technology. I use Wifi extenders that I can manage from an App on my iPhone. As well as a coded lock to ensure there are never issues for the guests checking in no matter what time they arrive. And finally, nest thermostats or, at the bare minimum, Honeywell thermostats to control your utility usage as much as possible.
