Vermont Academy's Marcus Santos-Silva has just verbally committed to VCU! The 6'7" Class of 2017 PF/C selected VCU over a variety of Mid-Major and High-Major scholarship offers that he had received throughout the past year.
A native of Taunton, MA, Santos-Silva was one of the biggest stock risers throughout the summer playing with BABC, and has continued to show major improvements in his game over the past year. He helped lead his Vermont Academy program to their first ever NEPSAC Class AA Championship to end the 2015-2016 season and was also the catalyst for the 2016 AAU National Championship title won by BABC this past summer.
