Ezra Chiloba, who before last year's general election was IEBC's vanguard, is now perhaps the commission's most unwanted man. Barely had the ink dried on a court order clearing the way for him to resume his duties, than he was suspended for the second time. IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati, in his suspension letter to Chiloba, shared out late last evening, also warned him against violating the terms of his contract by suing the Commission.
