The CrossFit Open is extremely taxing on your body. Make sure you're recovering effectively.
1. Do an easy bike or walk to move blood around and get nutrients to the right places.
2. Skip the celebratory beer for a couple days. Replenish your electrolytes & nutrients.
3. Before bed, try some gentle breathing techniques
4-7-8 breathing technique:
Breathe in for 4 seconds, holding the breath for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. This breathing pattern can help to reduce anxiety or help you get to sleep.
