These vegan meringues are easy to make and use only a few ingredients. I made 8 good sized meringues from these ingredients. The meringues can be kept in an air tight container and will still be delicious a few days later, or you can freeze them and use at a later date. I used mine for an Eton Mess dessert.
Ingredients
Liquid from a can of chickpeas
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
200g sugar
Half a teaspoon of cream of tartar
