Serijal Dalmatinska marenda otkriva običaj marende, povezujući ga s kulturnim, društvenim i gastronomskim aspektima života u Dalmaciji. Kroz osam epizoda, voditeljica Lada Bonacci, vodi vas kroz različita mjesta, Split, Jesenice, Brač (Supetar), Hvar (Stari Grad), Kaštela, Sinj, Makarsku i Imotsku krajinu, gdje u razgovoru s dugogodišnjim ugostiteljima i kuharima otkriva tradicionalna „marendaška“ jela, poput tripica, tingula, gregade, bakalara, pašticade koja su nekoć prehranjivala dalmatinske obitelji. Serijal se ne bavi samo marendom kao obrokom, već samim konceptom dalmatinskog načina života, trenutka opuštanja kada se, između 10 i 13 sati, predahne od posla, uživa u jednostavnom, ali hranjivom obroku.

The Dalmatian marenda series uncovers the tradition of marenda, connecting it to the cultural, social, and gastronomic aspects of life in Dalmatia. Over eight episodes, host Lada Bonacci takes you through various places—Split, Jesenice, Brač (Supetar), Hvar (Stari Grad), Kaštela, Sinj, Makarska, and the Imotski region—where, in conversations with long-time restaurateurs and chefs, she discovers traditional "marenda" dishes such as tripe, tingul, gregada, cod, and pašticada, which once nourished Dalmatian families. The series doesn’t just explore marenda as a meal but delves into the very concept of the Dalmatian way of life—the moment of relaxation between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. when people take a break from work and enjoy a simple, yet nourishing meal.
