Experience the deeply nourishing and restorative capacity of yoga nidra, a meditation practiced lying down. This healing practice encourages the whole body to come to a place of deep rest, activating the parasympathetic nervous system to counteract the busy-ness and stress of our lives, resetting our whole bodymind.
