The families of patients who took their own lives at a mental health unit in Essex are due to find out whether police will take any action against the NHS trust that looks after it.
One patient who died at the Linden Centre was Richard Wade - a young man who was admitted for his own safety - but within hours, he had taken his own life.
5 News has obtained access to the hospital's own investigation into his death, which reveals conflicting accounts by staff - preventing his parents from getting a true picture of the mistakes that were made.
