This November 2020 weather is absolutely perfect for outside physical activity. I hope you are enjoying these beautiful mild temperature autumn days to get more outside time :)
Here I am enjoying my new toy, my Rogue Sled which I ordered in August but didn't arrive till late October. Thankfully the weather is perfect for some home gym cardio. Taking the sled for a test, nothing serious, more videos to come.
