Join Esther Zirbel as she explores a comprehensive and holistic account of mindsets, along with practical tools to inspire personal and professional growth. Join us to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
We will kick off the session by defining mindsets and discussing their origin and significance in our lives. We will explore how they become part of our identity and how they influence our behavior. Following this, we will introduce a framework that categorizes various mindsets, providing a brief overview of each one.
Each person has a unique mindset profile, which can be described as the Unique Mindset Profile Fingerprint (UMPF). While these mindsets are deeply ingrained, they can evolve over time as we grow and learn from our experiences. As the architects of our own lives, we have the power to choose what we want to change, who we aspire to be, and how to work towards becoming our best selves. The mindsets framework provides a tool to explore this.
1. Understanding the basics about mindsets
Understand the nature and origin of mindsets
Determine how personal experiences shape people’s mindsets
Understand how mindsets become engrained in our identity
2. Establishing a framework
Identify various kinds of mindsets and group them into mindset categories
Develop one coherent and holistic mindset framework
3. On choosing to learn and grow
Discuss the concept of choice
Discuss in what way we are in the driver's seat about changing our own mindsets
Mindsets can evolve as we learn, grow, and mature
This is hard work, mainly because mindsets are deeply engrained in our identity
4. Working on ourselves as coaches
Who are we and who do we want to become?
Which mindsets do we want to work on to become our own personal best selves?
Establishing our current and anticipated UMPF (Unique Mindsets Profile Fingerprint)
5. Working with clients
Coaching provides us with ways to support our clients in their journeys
Using the mindset diagnostic tool
There will be two breakout sessions to share insights and elicit feedback.
