In 2020, Innovate UK held the “Business-led innovation in response to global disruption” competition to fund projects that could help the UK to combat the effects of COVID-19. In this session, we will showcase some of these projects and discuss how the pandemic has accelerated the requirement for robotic assistance in our operations.
The RAI Industry Showcase explores the potential for robotics and AI to have greater positive impact in all reaches of industry and society and connecting the best people to make it happen. It celebrates advances in robotics and the AI that drives it, whilst highlighting the role of these technologies in driving recovery post-COVID and beyond.
