I was SO surprised with my last reiki 1 attunement! This vlog is me taking you along me getting ready for my reiki 1 class and how I feel after each class/attunement. As some of you may already know attunements can make you more sensitive to energy and I had no idea what to expect. I don't have a whole bunch of vlog footage but it's more of 'check ins'. towards the end of the video I do a summary of my 16 hour training, a mini crystal haul, a back story on why reiki and doing it by myself. I never really thought of reiki being something I would pursue but I am so happy that I did. All of us have the ability to do reiki we just have to practice. I know many of you probably have questions or have been looking into it for yourself so I wanted to make a video. I hope you enjoyed and thank you all for being patient with me this last month.
