Parchment Poached Salmon
Salmon in parchment is a great way to prepare and cook salmon fish in the oven. It's almost effortless and your salmon fillet will cook perfectly flakey and turn out moist and soft. The salmon is topped by a homemade herb compound butter before the fillet is wrapped in parchment paper and baked in the oven. The parchment paper creates an enclosed environment for the fish to cook in its own juice. That way the fish remains moist and the butter herb will add all these beautiful flavors into your dinner meal. I share a quick how-to video so that you can make it asap at home!
