Make sure your device should have unlocked bootloader with latest twrp recovery installed.
Download lineageos 16 & arm64 9.0 gapps on internal storage of the device.

-Boot your device into twrp recovery.
-Make a full backup of your device.
-Click on wipe and then wipe dalvik, system, data and cache.
-Click on install and flash the android pie rom & gapps zip file.
-Reboot your phone.
It will take 3 to 4 minutes to flash the rom, after that is done reboot your device and it will take around 5 minutes to boot your device.
