On Monday morning, January 27, 2014, representatives from the Yukon First Nation governments, the Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (Yukon Chapter), and the Yukon Conservation Society held a joint press conference with their legal Counsel, Thomas Berger, announcing a lawsuit against the Yukon government, with papers to be filed at 2 pm that afternoon in the Yukon Supreme Court in Whitehorse. The event was filmed and edited by Will Koop, and released to the public on January 29, 2014. Mr. Koop has a website, www.bctwa.org, called the B.C.
