CJI Ramana heard the Pegasus spyware case a day before his retirement. The Supreme Court-appointed panel submitted its report in 3 parts. The report stated that Government of India didn’t cooperate with the investigation.
In 29 phones scanned by the panel, malware were found in 5 phones but there was nothing conclusive to show it was Pegasus, the Panel report added. The Apex Court has adjourned the case for 4 weeks.
