This fully automatic machine allows to assemble terminal pins to coil, to mount the plastic plug on the bottom terminal pin and to weld the coil to terminal pins.
This automatic version is designed to be a high-speed production unit for assembling and welding pins and coils and offers fast insertion of plugs into the upper end of the elements.
The machine is best suited for high volumes batches and can optionally be equipped with units for deformation of terminal pins, coil stretching, electrical test and other operations.
