This webinar provides an overview of the main types of visa holders universities welcome, focusing primarily on F-1 international students. It additionally discusses how international students are permitted to work, volunteer, and conduct research on and off campus in the US. A thorough overview of the July 2020 ICE policy guidance and subsequent national response will be discussed along with a summary of other recent and expected immigration policy changes and implications for the higher education community.
