Dr Stephen Hamil, Innovation Director at NBS, presents the importance of specification and coordinated project information on small projects. Following Stephen's presentation, Jeremy Foster from J Foster Architects gives practical examples of how he produces specifications on small new build and retrofit projects. Jeremy talks about specification writing and also how the specification is cross referenced from drawings and cost management spreadsheets.
