A stray projectile hit the wall of a Housing Development Board (HDB) flat in Ubi during a New Year's Day fireworks display, cutting short the event, the Kembangan Chai Chee community Facebook page said on Saturday (Jan 1).
Ubi was one of 10 heartland sites across Singapore where fireworks were set off to ring in the new year.
