Ingredients
8oz/225g - Heavy Cream
8oz/225g - Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tsp - Vanilla Extract
15 Oreos
Directions
1. Take 10 oreos and crush them into small crumbs. Best way to do this is by using a zip loc bag and rolling pin.
2. Take the remaining 5 oreos and chop them into large chunks. Keep the chopped and crushed oreos separate and set them aside for now.
3. In a large bowl add 8oz heavy cream and whip it until you have stiff peaks.
4. Add in 8oz of sweetened condensed milk and 2 tsp of vanilla extract to the whipped cream. Mix until everything is combined.
5. Fold the crushed oreos into the cream and pour half of it into an ice cream container.
6. Add half of the chopped oreos on top and repeat the process and you should have 4 layers (cream, chopped oreos, cream, chopped oreos)
7. Freeze for at least 6-8 hours, preferably 24 hours.
