The stage of the Torch Relay of the XXIX World Winter Universiade 2019 was held on December 1 in Irkutsk. The total length of the route in the capital of the Irkutsk Region is 3,600 meters. Torchbearers started near the Moscow Gate, a triumphal arch that was built in honor of the decade of the ascension to the throne of Alexander I, and finished on the square in front of the Trud Sports Palace.
