Hi lovelies, this is the cake that I mentioned to you on Wednesday, the German Poppy Seed Cake that was a request from a subscriber😊 I am sorry for making you wait for it a little, but be assured, it was all worth the wait😋😊 I was really happy when this cake was requested as it is one of my favourites to buy here whenever we go to a bakery and I was really happy to make my own version of this cake. The way I know and love this cake is with a lot of that poppy seed filling, with a crunchy sweet crumble topping and a little icing.
