This is automatic liquor bottle washing filling capping machine line for Higee Brazilian customer. the customer has two models of glass bottles with 700ml and 1000ml, client also has two types of caps: T-cork and metal cap. the vodka filling machine line includes: bottle infeed table, bottle washing machine, filling machine for 700ml 1000ml, metal capping machine for screw metal caps, T-corking machine for T-cork,automatic self-adhesive labeling machine for bottle body and shrink sleeve labeling machine for caps etc.

We start production after receiving the customer's deposit and bottle and cap samples. after the whiskey filling production line is completed, we test it and send the test videos to the customer for confirm,everything is good,client pay us the balance,at the same time we also booking ship space and send the machine to client.

It takes about 50 days for sea transportation to reach the customer's factory. After the customer receives the spirits filling machine line, they can start the connection installation and debugging, because each machine is an independent machine. Just connect each machine and it can start running. Of course, if customer has any questions,they can tell us then we will teach them how to use the machine online video.
