Traditional gongura pachadi/ chutney. Serve with some hot rice and little ghee.
Ingredients:

Oil - 2 Tbsp + 1 Tsp + 1Tbsp
Urad Dal- 1 Tbsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 Tsp
Green Chillies - 8 to 10
Sorrel Leaves - 1 big Bunch
Garlic - 4 to 5
Turmeric - 1/4 Tsp
Salt to taste
Onion Finely Chopped - 1/3 Cup ot to Taste
Chana Dal - 1/2 Tsp
Urad Dal - 1/2 Tsp
Dry Red Chilli - 1
Cumin Seeds - 1/3 Tsp
Mustard seedsSeeds - 1/3 Tsp
Green Chillies (Spicy Variety) - 3 to 4
