Sky's Jason Farrell speaks to former prisoners from Wales who were released under the previous government's early release scheme last year, but have ended up on the streets as they have nowhere to live.
About 1,700 prisoners were released from jails across England and Wales on 10 September in a bid to cut overcrowding - with thousands more anticipated to be freed in October.
