Gluten free almond cookies are super easy to make and with only 3 ingredients will be ready in less than 20 minutes, these traditional Italian almond cookies are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with a distinct almond flavor are simply irresistible. Amaretti biscuits go well with a cup of tea or coffee or as a treat at the end of a meal.
To make these "Amaretti" almond gluten free cookies follow the steps below:

Recipe

.Almond Flour 200 g
.Caster Sugar 120 g
.Eggs White 2 (about 60 g)
.Almond Essence a few drop
.Powdered Sugar 40 g

Bake in a static preheated oven at 170 °C / 340 °F for 15 to 18 minutes or until they are slightly golden, let them cool down to room temperature on a wire rack then store them like a regular cookies, they will be good for a few days. Enjoy!
