Bhimpalas Jhala on Surbahar (Kachhu Been). Ut. Wahid Khan (1895-?), younger son of Ut. Imdad Khan/younger brother of Ut Enayet Khan, was a noted Surbahar player of his time. He was initially a Durbar musician at the court of Maharaja of Patiala, where he served for 3 years and then moved to the court of the Maharaja of Indore where he stayed for almost 2 decades. Unfortunately he made very few discs, and this is one of them.
