3 x Circuit:
3 x 40s ON/20s OFF
4 x 30s ON/Decreasing Rests of 60s, 45s, 30s
Circuit Rest 1: 60s Tempo
Circuit Rest 2: 90s Rest/Tempo Rest
Cool-down: 2 minutes
