On Tuesday, March 16, 2021 we held a listening session on police reform in Delaware, with stories from Delawareans who have their own experiences with police brutality.
We also discussed what changes need to be made to the Law Enforcement Officer's Bill of Rights (LEOBOR) to allow for more transparency and accountability, including allowing effective citizen review boards and public access to police disciplinary records.
