Iranians are hoping the Persian New Year will bring better financial fortunes. Nowruz usually sees the shops and bazaars packed with shoppers - but the country is still experiencing the hardships caused by crippling economic sanctions. However, there is some hope thanks to a landmark nuclear deal reached last November between Iran and world powers.
