The batching plant featured here is of capacity 160 tph and is with cold aggregates feeders, drying drum, multi-fuel burner, fuel tanks for burner, bitumen tanks, control panel with PLC panel, pollution control devices like dry dust collector and bag filter. The tower unit of this asphalt mixing plant consists of a four deck vibrating screen, hot bins and mixing unit. There is also separate provision for weighing of bitumen, minerals and different types of aggregates.
